Dear ECA Community,
Easthampton City Arts is thrilled to announce our 20th Anniversary Year of community arts and cultural programming in the City of Easthampton! We extend our immense gratitude to each and every one of you who has played a part in establishing our organization, volunteered as an ECA Committee & Subcommittee Member, participated as a Visual Artist, Musician, Poet, or Performer, contributed to our programming as an event attendee or volunteer, and has shared your voice and vision with us as dedicated community members!
As a municipal organization, we orient ourselves and operate in direct response and relationship to this vital and evolving community we are a part of — and we are simultaneously honored, proud, and humbled to reach this meaningful milestone, as the direct result of working and growing together. Thank you all so much!
To celebrate, we’ve got a robust lineup of public programming throughout 2025 that’s free and engaging for people of all ages — and we encourage you all to mark your calendars for all that’s to come! And, if you aren’t familiar with ECA’s unique history and role in the City, you can learn more about it here.

We’re thrilled to announce this year’s lineup for our Cultural Chaos street festival, taking place on Saturday June 14th, 2025 in the Cottage Street Cultural District in Easthampton, MA! It’s ECA’s 20th Anniversary Year, so you won’t want to miss it!
Cultural Chaos is a vibrant street festival featuring live music, dance, poetry, performance, visual art, and delicious food in the heart of the Cottage Street Cultural District. This event is presented by Easthampton City Arts (ECA) and the ECA Cottage Street Cultural District Committee — and it’s FREE and fun for people of all ages! All are welcome!

We invite you to join us for this brand new event! “Art in the Garden” is a self-guided tour of Easthampton’s residential gardens, paired with local art — with an emphasis on native plants and pollinators. This inaugural event will overlap with June’s Art Walk, making for a lush and beautiful day of art in community!
This inaugural Art in the Garden event is presented by Easthampton City Arts (ECA), in partnership with collaborators from the City Planning Department and the Department of Public Works.

Green @priyangreen and Andrae Green @ andraegreenstudios⭐️ The opening will take place this Saturday May 17th 4-6pm and we hope you can make it! See more details about this show below.
“We are delighted to invite you to the spring 2025 exhibition at Out Of Office (OOO), a new-ish space for contemporary art in Easthampton, MA, run by Matt Cummings and Emma Chubb (you might know us from our day jobs at the Smith College Museum of Art).
On Saturday, May 17, from 4-6 pm, please join artists Priya N. Green and Andrae Green and us to celebrate the opening of their exhibition, “Peripheral Visions: Priya N. Green and Andrae Green,” which features recent paintings.
The exhibition will be on view through June 21. We will be open Saturdays from 3-5 pm and by appointment so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to visit other days of the week. We’re also excited to offer extended hours during Easthampton Art Walk (Sat., June 7, 3-7 pm) and Cultural Chaos (Sat., June 14, 12-5 pm).”
